EATING FOOD THAT WE ARE PROVIDING CLIENTS DURING YOUR EVENT SHIFT IS AGAINST COMPANY POLICY
All leads are expected to get with the contact in regards to how they would like their left overs prepared & packed up for them
Please pack whatever you may need throughout the duration of your event, the only thing CBTF will provide event staff with is water bottles (unbranded)

Effective Immediately
Please grab your own bowls, passing platters, ramekins & any serving utensils (FOH or BOH) for your event. The warehouse will no longer be packing these items for you. We ask that all leads and chefs work together to ensure you do not take more than you need.
Understand, you will be expected to wash, wrap and return anything you bring from the décor area, leads should be personally pulling & putting away all of their event decor to ensure it is left correctly. 10.24.24

Checks may be picked up during office hours Mon-Fri or from your shift lead on the night you work (if prearranged). We apologize for this inconvenience, however it is crucial for the safety of your check.

Chefs need: caps, coats & aprons.. servers need full proper uniform: tie, apron + name tag.
Ties & Aprons $12.. Name Tag replacements- $10.
